We cultivate and select Italian pulses and grains with passion. We transform them into artisan pasta and simple products, in harmony with the land and farming traditions.
Rocchetta Alimentari has its roots in an over-century-old arable farm. For four generations, the family has maintained a direct relationship with the land of Rocchetta Sant'Antonio, in the heart of the Monti Dauni, preserving agricultural knowledge, natural rhythms and a culture of work built season after season.
Since 2005 we have chosen to shorten the distance between farm and fork even further, by developing a project of short supply chain and direct sales. We produce and select our raw materials to offer them directly to supermarkets, butchers, restaurants and local businesses, maintaining a tangible relationship with those who bring our products to the final consumer.
Every year we sow durum wheat and spelt, alternating them according to crop rotation with legumes such as chickpeas, beans, lentils and broad beans. A choice born from farming experience that allows us to enhance soil fertility, diversify crops and maintain continuity with a production deeply rooted in the agricultural landscape of the Daunian Mountains.
Over the years we have taken part in presentations, trade fairs and events to raise awareness of our products, our region and an agricultural history that continues to evolve.
